As a top-management consultant, I have partnered in a constructive fashion with board members, general managers, executives, and teams of renowned national and international companies for more than 20 years, thus availing of comprehensive expertise in the project business of the most disparate industries and functions. I perfectly know the difficulties, dynamics, and emotional cycles that may occur during a project term and threaten its success, and I am aware that classic, content-centred consulting approaches regularly encounter their limits. On the basis of a comprehensive training curriculum in systemic organisational consulting, change management, and coaching, I therefore work in a targeted fashion on the interplay of the people involved within the overall organisation with its hierarchical levels and manifold links.
